Kris McDonough

After graduating from James Madison University with dual degrees in Russian & Public Relations, Kris settled in Richmond and instantly fell in love with all the city had to offer. Following more than a dozen years in business development for engineering and law firms, she decided to transition her passion for real estate into a full-time career and has built her business on cultivating relationships that last long after the papers are signed and the moving truck is gone.

Kris focuses on helping her clients find the perfect home—regardless of whether they plan to stay for a few years or forever. By marrying her communications background with a strong attention to detail, she aims to make buying or selling a home as stress-free as possible with the best possible outcomes for her clients whether first time buyers or seasoned investors.

When not helping others achieve their real estate goals, Kris is a fitness coach in the area and spends as much time as possible with her husband, three children, hound dog, and one very loud cat.
