In January 2022, Kris helped me sell a condominium in Niantic. Living in Texas while the property was in Connecticut would normally complicate matters. But Kris made the process as smooth as possible. She is very knowledgeable about the SE CT real-estate market, quickly found several bidders for the unit, and from there, the best selling price. From the time I was put in contact with Kris to the closing date was about 6 weeks total. I highly recommend working with her!

Kris worked with me both to sell and to buy a home within the last few months. She brought more than her real estate license to the relationship and successful transactions. She brought her creativity, staging expertise, work ethic and enthusiasm to help me sell and present the home I loved. She got her hands dirty right alongside me and my home sold within a month.

I was panicked because I bought a new home before selling mine. ( that was my idea)

When it came to buying my home, Kris was agile and knowledgeable about the market which ensured our offer was fair and would be well received.

Kris Morin is a breath of fresh air! She came up with some great idea and we listened to her. We wanted to list at a certain price point, she was like no let’s start here, we were very reluctant!
