About Kris

Kris's career at Iowa Realty began in 1988, first as the receptionist and then in marketing and relocation. She was extremely fortunate to be surrounded by some of the best Realtors in the industry whom she learned a great deal from. In 2006 she bought her license and hit the ground running. Kris prides herself on working hard, being a great communicator and explaining every step of a transaction so that each buyer and seller will fully understand the process. She's knowledgeable on the market and loves working with buyers and sellers. Her goal is to get you to the finish line without stress and to be pleased with the results. Her husband, Brad, and she have two children, both living in the area. They have been blessed with four granddaughters, Emery, Reagan, Audra, and Maryn. She has a passion for baseball and loves the Chicago Cubs. They enjoy traveling with family & friends, even if it's a short weekend trip across Iowa.
