Hello! My name is Krissa Johansen. I’m so glad you found me in this little corner of the internet. Let me share a bit about myself—born and raised in Kansas, I’ve also called Michigan, California, and now sunny Florida home. I’m married to my college sweetheart, and together we’re raising two kids (and a dog who thinks he’s one of them). As a family, we love the beach, being outdoors, and soaking up everything the Sunshine State has to offer.

I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2017 and have had the privilege of helping over 100 families in Kansas, Missouri, and Florida buy or sell their homes. Real estate isn’t just a career for me—it’s a passion. I love guiding people through such an important milestone in life, whether it’s purchasing that very first home, upgrading to something new, or selling a place filled with memories.
