Krista lives in Northern Virginia with the love of her life. They have five amazing grown children between them and quite a menagerie of animals at home. Krista’s a huge nerd when it comes to anything relating to biology, so she enjoys being outdoors. She loves to read, and her favorite genre is historical fiction (The Winter Sea by Kearsley is a longtime favorite). Krista thinks that video games with your significant other can be a great way to spend a Saturday night and prefers quiet evenings in with family and friends to going out. Traveling is amazing and she has an extensive list of places she hopes to visit, with Scotland, Costa Rica, and New Zealand being in her top 5.
