She answered all of our questions and educated us on the market, including helping us find the perfect new home in an area we hadn't previously explored. Krista is an amazing real estate agent. She has sold 2 different houses for us over the years and both within 3 days. She is just made for this business. She will help you stage your home to look it's best, her team will take photos that view well and she will work to get you what you want. You'll be walked through the process so well. She also has great knowledge of what works, what doesn't, etc. I would recommend her over and over.

Krista and her team were extremely responsive and professional. This was the first home buying and selling experience that we have ever had where I did not feel nervous about any decision that was made. We trusted their instincts, and everything went incredibly smooth. At one point the seller tried to negotiate some things that we weren't happy with, and Krista stepped in and took care of it and got us exactly what we wanted. Her knowledge of what is okay/not okay is so helpful. We will always use her for any realty needs we have in the future.

Krista is a true real estate professional. We have used her for both buying and selling homes. She helped us find our current home and two of our current rental homes. She listened to our needs and found us just what we wanted. When we were looking to sell one of our rentals, her team helped stage the home and we got multiple offers (I think 8) within 2 days.
