I started my Real Estate career 16 years ago in Ohio. I built my business on integrity, compassion, understanding, and honesty. I fight for my clients in getting them the best deal, not only in today's market, but future markets. In 2013 I decided to build a team to help while my son fought Leukemia. I know putting him first, I would need help to make sure my clients were taken care of as though it was me next to them looking at houses, negotiating, or closing. As I build my team, each team member has to have the same morals and ability to stand by what Spohn Squared stands for. I want to make sure every client is treated equally and each member follows my business model. To us, a client isn't a paycheck, but a friend for life. We value our clients and know you have a choice in today's real estate market to use one of the thousands of agents out there. To be able to offer our clients more, we offer programs like Homes for Heroes to provide our Military, first responders, teachers, doctors, and nurses money back after closing. We spend a minimum of 30 hours a year on additional education to better serve our community. I am also a big supporter of Children's Hospital, Make A Wish, St. Jude's, and Wish Week in our schools.
