With over two decades of experience herself, Krista brings a strategic, results-driven approach to each client engagement.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Krista began her real estate career in 1998. She built her foundation in the Houston and San Antonio commercial markets before returning to the Hill Country, where she has since specialized in luxury residential, ranch, and investment properties. Her deep understanding of land use, entitlements, and market positioning makes her an invaluable advisor for high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and legacy landowners.
Krista’s husband, Chad Upham, is a well-regarded attorney whose practice spans real estate, business litigation, estate law, and oil and gas. Together, they maintain an expansive and exclusive network of attorneys, developers, landowners, and investors—an asset Krista leverages to give her clients a distinct advantage in complex transactions.
Adding to the strength of the team is Krista’s daughter, Caitlyn Upham, who works alongside her.
