I’m Kristen N. Conley, a lifelong Lowcountry native and full-time real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in South Carolina real estate.
I began my career as a real estate paralegal, giving me a strong foundation in contracts, closings, deadlines, and the details behind a successful transaction. Today, I bring that experience to every client I serve with a hands-on approach, clear communication, and a commitment to making sure my clients feel informed and protected from our first conversation through closing.
I founded the Conley + Co Team to provide experienced, personal service to buyers, sellers, investors, and landowners throughout the Lowcountry. Whether it’s a first home, family property, land purchase, relocation, or a more complicated transaction, I’m not afraid to dig into the details and help find a solution.
My family and I call Lake Moultrie home, where I’m a wife and proud mom of three boys.
