Kristen Gagnon

Kristen Gagnon is the Team Owner at KB&Co (the "K" in the name) with her business partner Becky Connors. "Family is the KEY to my happiness and they inspire me daily" – proud mom of three boys that are quickly growing into young men. Married to her husband Scott for 21 years, they bought their first home in "Nordeast" Minneapolis, where Scott was born and raised. They currently reside in the fast-growing city of Blaine where they enjoy spending time with their neighbors and taking in their boys' sports and activities. A graduate of Totino-Grace High School, Kristen knew that her education and experience there and more specifically with the dance team would shape her future. Today, she does not have to look back too far to know that is true. She has built the award winning and most decorated dance team in the state over the last 29years. "Education and teaching is my middle name" – she is very proud and humbled by her time working with special needs children in a brain rehabilitation program for 7 years.

Spending her days with them and then her evenings working to build a youth dance program while coaching the dance team at Totino-Grace has taught her several important life and career skills including patience, persistence, effective communication, motivation, and drive. Kristen's start in the real estate industry was the result of being a Parade of Homes "junkie". She met an agent on two different occasions in a model home and he commented that she should consider a career in real estate, and she never looked back. Kristen loves meeting new people and "coaching" them through the buying and selling process. Her experience and specialization are marketing, staging and effective communication whether it is with her clients or the agent on the other side of the deal.
