Kristen is awesome. First time home-buyer and she got us set up with a solid list of houses in the neighborhood we wanted and in our very specific budget range (for reference, we definitely weren't part of the crowd looking for houses where you needed to offer above asking and waive inspections). She walked us through each step of the process, wasn't afraid to pick up the phone at a moment's notice, advocated well for us with the seller, hooked us up with a good local lender, and ultimately got us a great house at a great price.

Buying a house is, of course, a bit of a pain and a tedious process if you're trying to fit it in with everything else going on day-to-day, but Kristen made everything super smooth. We might have been easy clients (or maybe not, who's to say), but I cannot imagine the whole thing being easier with anyone else!

Kristen is genuinely fantastic. As a college student trying to find their first apartment to rent in Philadelphia, it was really intimidating to do it on my own. Zillow and Trulia are options that are out there, but they did nothing compared to a real estate agent like Kristen. Within a few days of reaching out, I already had a list of many different options in my budget and we were quickly scheduling tours of places. Kristen is extremely personable which made the experience so enjoyable and it never came at the expense of professionalism. Sometimes I feel like these Google Reviews can be inaccurate, but personally I believe Kristen Gibson is a real estate agent absolutely worth 5 stars.

Kristen was a wonderful advocate for me throughout the house hunting process. She helped me to understand all of the steps I took during the search and encouraged me to not give up when my offers were not selected. As a single first time buyer in a competitive market, she encouraged me to work with the mortgage officer to get confirmed funding to make my house buying process a little easier. We had some good laughs together with some fun décor details we saw at showings. I looked forward to our showings over the course of our couple of months of working together. I really feel that without her I still would be looking or would have given up. I am now in my new home that we found - much to her credit. At first glance I didn't think the house was right for me. But after our showing Kristen walked me through my list of items I wanted and this home checked all of those boxes, and more. We ended up closing *under ask!* with some seller assist. I never would have thought it was possible. And I can't recommend Kristen Gibson enough. I don't want to buy a house for a very long time, but when it's time, I will work with her again.
