Kristen Kincade-Coats

As a full-service real estate agent, Kristen works with buyers and sellers in North Carolina as well as agent referrals for searches in other states. Community involvement is also very important to her. She has served on the Windsor Forest HOA as President and Social Chair. Kristen currently volunteers with Hospice of Wake County and serves as the Development Director for her sorority’s alumni association, raising funds to restore their Victorian house in upstate NY. She has a passion for real estate, enjoys serving the community, and knows the potential of this area. Kristen knows the Triangle is a great place to call home – and wants to make sure others do too!
