Kristen Maggitti

Kristen is a born and raised California girl. With nearly 20 years of experience in various facets of the real estate profession, she offers a wealth of experience in customer service, real estate transaction management, property and brand marketing, and communication. Kristen started out as a front desk administrator in 2001 for a busy real estate firm in the Central Valley, learning the ins and outs of real estate. She later worked at Fidelity National Title, spending time in customer service, then as an escrow assistant, and finally as a Title Sales Representative in Paradise, CA.

After several years in Paradise, Kristen and her family moved back to the Central Valley, where she supported and managed a highly successful real estate team during the height of the Great Recession. She became one of the resident experts in short sale transactions and helped elevate the client experience.

A few years later, Kristen moved to Santa Barbara and accepted an offer to join Kerry Mormann and Associates at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties office in Montecito. Now, Kristen is independently servicing her clients and community in the beautiful town of Santa Barbara, with the backing and support of Berkshire Hathaway!
