Her expertise includes residential sales, luxury homes, vacation rental and investment properties, short sales, loss mitigation, lending, home warranties, and complex negotiations, allowing her to provide thoughtful solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Kristen specializes in helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. In Florida, she has developed a niche in vacation rental and coastal investment properties, helping clients identify opportunities that align with both their lifestyle and long-term financial objectives.

Outside of real estate, Kristen values faith, family, and giving back to her community. She has been married to her best friend for more than 26 years and is the proud mother of three children.
