We recently bought our first piece of land property with some rather complex circumstances. Initially, we were overwhelmed and guarded. Luckily, we were able to connect with Kristen of Scovera Properties. I firmly believe she is the best realtor one could have. Not only did she seek out (and find!) exactly what we specified, but she also spent countless hours answering our innumerable questions and doing research of her own to ensure complete clarity for us. Kristen's ability to present information that was customized to our needs while maintaining professionalism and sincere kindness was exactly what we needed to feel comfortable and move forward with the purchase. Scovera properties is the best! I’ve used Kristen for several transactions and always got A+ service. I recently listed my condo with her and she not only took numerous professional pics, but she got me multiple offers in a matter of a couple days! She always answered all my questions and was very easy to get ahold of. She also sold me several properties. She was very quick at finding the ones I was really interested in. If you want an agent that is experienced, easy to work with and truly represents you....I highly recommend Kristen Scovera at Scovera Properties!
