Kristen was great helping us find a home to buy. Things started off easy, with us getting under contract after only viewing a handful of houses. We ended up running into inspection/appraisal issues with an unreasonable seller, and rather then try to talk us into moving forward so she could complete the sale, she convinced us to walk and find a better home. Within a couple weeks we did, and she was helped us negotiate an offer below list and some reasonable concessions from the seller.
