As a first time homebuyer, Kristen was an invaluable part of our homebuying process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, available, and patient. The process required her to be equal parts teacher, counselor, negotiator, and hand-holder, and she did it all wonderfully. She never pushed us into anything we were uncomfortable with but was always honest, up front, and truthful with us. She also has extensive knowledge of area, the market, and the ins and outs of homeownership. She made a very daunting and overwhelming process manageable for my partner and I. We are eternally grateful for her time and assistance, and would highly recommend her, especially to other first time homebuyers.
