Kristi Berger

A second-generation Realtor® and almost life-long Bradenton resident, Kristi grew up immersed in the real estate and restaurant businesses, she left the restaurant business as a GM to become a real estate agent. As a result, she has been a natural in customer service from an early age. Kristi is pleased to partner with her mother Debbie Capobianco to form an exceptional team, the “Power of Two.”

Kristi not only has knowledge about Anna Maria Island, West, and East Bradenton but all of Manatee County and Sarasota County as well. She is constantly thinking of new ways to advertise her listings and helping her buyers find their dream property!

Kristi was born in Montauk, NY, she moved to Florida when she was four and grew up in West Bradenton and now lives “out east” in Manatee County with her husband (who she first met in kindergarten!). Together, the couple has two wonderful sons and a dog. As a family they love going to the beach, hanging out by the pool, and enjoying anything outdoors!
