Kristi Cousens

An industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience helping clients buy and sell real estate, Kristi is one of coastal Orange County’s most accomplished professionals. In 1991, she fused her impressive knack for business with her passion for real estate, earning her license and going to work for her father, a well-known real estate expert, the following year. Since then, she’s consistently impressed both her clients and her peers with her deft ability not only to provide a high level of outstanding service, but also to negotiate the most favorable deals for both buyers and sellers.

The greatest testament to Kristi’s value as a real estate professional is, without a doubt, the loyal following of clients she’s cultivated over the years, but her track record for accomplishments is just as impressive. Having closed more than 1000 transactions to date, she’s closed hundreds of millions in sales. In addition to buyers, sellers and executors, she’s represented a total of 24 financial institutions, fueling their success with a winning combination of skill, experience, and hard work. Kristi’s career is defined by a number of impressive feats, which include 178 transactions in a single year, with 20 in just one month, and maintaining a 99% ratio of sales-to-list price. Adding yet another dimension to her broad-spanning acumen is her extensive experience in property management and rehabilitations, plus her deep understanding of the escrow and loan processes.

A longtime resident of Harbor View Homes, Kristi is just as dedicated to serving her community as she is to her career. Together with her husband and friends, she co-founded the Port Street Amigos, a nonprofit that has raised over $250,000 for various local organizations, such as Andersen Elementary, DEANS, Corona del Mar High School, CDM Aquatics Foundation, Newport Hills Swim Team, and Clubhouse.
