Delivering keys to your dream home and new memories is who they are. Merrill & Kristi serve families who have a house they need to sell in order to help them purchase their dream home. They often hear from families that want to buy their dream home but are intimidated by the complicated process and stress of getting both homes to close simultaneously. Merrill & Kristi specialize in selling their existing homes in a smooth, effective way so they can be freed up to focus on purchasing their dream home. On a personal level, they live in Gilbert, Arizona. Merrill & Kristi have been married for over 15 years and have 7 beautiful children through foster and adoption. Part of the family are a German Shepherd Dog named Liberty Lady Glitter Sparkles Bloody Death Canyon (the kids named her), she goes by Liberty who is a handful and loves to play and protect the kids. There is also a Bernadoodle named Gunner who is the best cuddler in the family; 2 cats, Cleo & Gato have joined too. Cleo is strictly theirs and Gato (Spanish for Cat) belongs to the neighborhood, but Merrill & Kristi just feed him. Merrill is an Eagle Scout and Kristi is a den leader for Cub Scouts. We love Harry Potter and pride ourselves on being potter nerds. Having a large family, they drive a small bus (12 passenger van) so if you ever need to carpool, please reach out. The 4th of July is pretty much their favorite holiday.
