Kristi Maxwell

In her youth, Kristi's strong work ethic and self-belief were shaped by financial challenges. At 15, she moved out and became a workaholic, juggling multiple jobs to achieve financial stability. Managing restaurants by day and waiting tables by night, Kristi was driven to provide stability for her first child. By 23, she saved enough to buy her first home, thanks to her grandfather's help. This milestone marked the culmination of years of hard work.

Kristi's passion for helping others led her to study children's psychology, own a childcare center, and work with children with special needs. Real estate always fascinated her, and in 2007, she became a licensed REALTOR®, helping families navigate buying and selling homes.

Kristi's diverse experiences in caregiving and hospitality honed her empathy and interpersonal skills, making her a compassionate REALTOR®. She views her role as more than transactions; it's about being part of her clients' life stories and guiding them through significant financial decisions.

With three children and a supportive husband, Kristi enjoys camping, off-roading, and exploring national parks. Her family is deeply involved in real estate, with her husband, a Marine Corps Veteran, working as a draftsman, her son building homes, her daughter in property management, and her daughter-in-law in commercial real estate.
