John and Kristie bring experience as well as an old school personal contact with clients to add to their appeal.

With 37 years of combined experience, John and Kristie have ultimate knowledge in working in real estate, including home resales, new home purchases, short sales, foreclosures, leases, along with land and development as well as commercial sales.

Working in the past several years with a volume of up to 50 transactions a year, John and Kristie are very aggressive for their clients when it comes to negotiating contracts and taking them to the close of escrow.

John and Kristie have 9 kids together along with sons and daughters in law added to the oh so important and fun of having 3 grandchildren.

Kristie’s personal style of becoming very close to our clients often results in us getting invited to our client’s weddings, birthday parties, dinner parties, in addition to other important occasions in our client’s lives. John has worked over the years in building housing tracts, apartment buildings and office buildings in addition to being a loan officer for 5 years.
