10/10 Best Realtor in the North Alabama area hands down. Let me preface by saying that my standards are a bit higher than the average person due to the fact that I have practiced Real Estate in the past, which can be a blessing and a curse kinda. So with all that being said we had been working with Kristin for over a year and through this whole process she has been so professional yet compassionate, honest yet kind, and so hardworking and available whenever we had any concerns or problems came about ( and there was quite a few).  She went to bat for us several times when we had huge problems with a builder and always was on our side and I never had any doubts that she didn't have our best interest at hand. We just closed on our new build on Tuesday after over a year of hurdles but if there was one thing I would not change it would be working with Kristin. She knows her field and excels in it. It has been a true blessing working with Kristin and we are so glad to have her in our lives. When we moved to the area we knew no one and she has made this difficult transition so much better. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone; it was an honor to have worked with someone who truly cares but is also extremely knowledgable in the field of real estate. 5 stars from start to finish! Lastly, shout to Kristin's team the Embry Group as well as all the other folks we had interactions with were also very kind, honest, and knowledgable.

We met Kristin through email after seeing a home on Realtor.com which I really liked. My husband and I had been living in South Korea for over 16 years and were moving to Huntsville, AL, a place in the US which we had never lived at before. We arrived to Huntsville about a month after our initial email contact. We contacted Kristin as soon as we arrived and the house hunt began the very next day. Kristin really listened to our wants and must haves. Each house we went to see I was more focused on the aesthetics but not Kristin. She would open cabinets under all the sinks to check for leaks or water damage, she would check the electrical panels, peek under the crawl space, check all light switches, etc. It was a great feeling to know that she had our backs and our best interest at heart. We found our forever home and even after closing she emailed us an extensive list of services and contacts we might need such as landscaping, pest/termite, tree trimming, etc. Oh and did I mention that we found our house on Memorial Day? Yup, she even worked on the Holiday and Sundays for us to make sure we didn't miss out on a house. Her passion and love for her job is incredible. We would recommend and refer Kristin over and over again. Thank you so much Kristin! Dave and I will be forever thankful to you! Dave and Rosy Martinez
