Kristin Brown

She was born and raised in Loveland, only leaving to head a few miles to the north to attend Colorado State University in Fort Collins. She is now enjoying raising her daughter with her husband in Northern Colorado and working to instill her love for the area to her.

She cannot imagine living anywhere else, as this is the perfect place to stay active, especially outdoors. She enjoys snowboarding, hiking, backpacking, biking, running, swimming, and golfing.

Her career in real estate started in 2017, following in her mom’s footsteps at The Group Inc. Real Estate, a local broker-owned company. She has a passion for helping people, and has the privilege of this every day in her career. She gets to help people find one of life’s basic needs – shelter, and even more than that, helping people find a home.

She truly enjoys meeting people and would like to encourage this among others using The Faces of Loveland page. Her goal with this site is to highlight the wonderful people that live and work here.
