Kristin Cassidy has been a part of the Premier Sotheby's International Realty family since she began her real estate career nearly 25 years ago. She started as an office manager for what was then Premier Properties of Southwest Florida and spent 20 years working as an assistant to Naples-area legend Ruth Trettis. It is with great excitement that she embarks on a new chapter in her career as a broker associate with the Broad Avenue office.
A long-time local, Kristin has seen firsthand the changes in Naples over the years and has grown and adapted to the beautiful new city that's been created. Her connection to the area's expansion, however, extends back to her childhood: Kristin's father worked as a developer in Park Shore and Pelican Bay. As a result, she has a long-term view of the local real estate market that few associates can match. Kristin is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®.
Prior to real estate, Kristin spent many years in the hospitality industry. The skillset she developed - focusing on the customer, working towards a goal in a timely fashion, adapting to overcome any obstacle, all while keeping a positive attitude - has also served her well as a real estate professional. Kristin's top priority in every transaction is to listen to her customers, then act.
Kristin is a graduate of Barron Collier High School and Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She's been actively involved with The Naples Players since childhood, both onstage and offstage, and is a volunteer for Project HELP. In her free time, Kristin can likely be found curled up with a mystery novel, preferably from the 1920s or 1930s Golden Age of Detective Fiction.
