Kristin Cole

Kristin and her husband have been building homes and multi-family properties in the Treasure Valley since 1999. They have also owned and managed several land development projects. Since 2004, Kristin has owned and managed and several multi-family units and rental properties in the Boise area. In June 2006, Kristin obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license and has emphasized in residential and multi-family sales and purchases for clients in the Treasure Valley.


Her real estate experience extends well beyond a buying or selling a home and includes property management, new construction, development, land use, taxes, appraisals, contracts, short sales/foreclosures, internet marketing, and business development In addition, she graduated in 2007 with a bachelor?s degree in Social Science from Boise State University and loves working with others to help them meet and exceed their goals.
