Kristin began her second career in real estate over 5 years ago after a long run as a corporate marketing and advertising professional. She started in relocation and through helping dozens of individuals and families happily settle into the beautiful San Fernando Valley, she combined her love of guiding people through this essential next step in their lives, with the skill and business acumen of negotiation, communication and the proven ability to guide buyers to obtain the best value for their dream home and help sellers to a smooth, stress-free sale of their home.

An East Coast Transplant, Kristin has lived in Hermosa Beach, West Hollywood, Brentwood, and Sherman Oaks before relocating with her family to Thousand Oaks almost 2 years ago. Kristin has her first child in the Meadow Arts Technology Elementary School, serves on various community boards as well as the Thousand Oaks T-Ball Mom Committee. Kristin has a detailed and comprehensive understanding of the neighborhoods and communities that make up Los Angeles, and the Greater Conejo Valley area, and is very familiar with the diverse needs of families, seniors, first-time home buyers, to the high-end, luxury marketplace.
