Welcome to Century 21 Redwood! Kristin has lived in Northern Virginia since 2000 and officially started her real estate career in 2015. Real Estate & helping others has always been her passion. In 2016, she joined her real estate partner, friend & neighbor, Meredith Hannan. Together they formed the Hannan-Moody Team. It has been an amazing journey. They earned recognition as DAAR Top Producers in 2017 and a Washingtonian's "Best" 2018 & 2017 Award. Their core value is to take care of their clients like no other. When Kristin isn't working she enjoys time with her husband and 4 children. Kristin loves watching her kids play soccer, basketball, football, and run cross country. Every day is an adventure. Working and being a mother is the most challenging and rewarding time ever!
