Kristin Reitz

A Tri-City native, Kristin understands the unique history and growth of this community. She brings an extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate business from her previous experiences in the Seattle and Portland markets.

Kristin spent four years with the successful real estate agency Kidder Mathews; a locally owned Seattle company specializing in the commercial market. This was followed by 7 years in the greater Portland metro area with well-known international firm CB Richard Ellis. Kristin held an Oregon brokers license and was a valuable contributor to both the Office Leasing and Investment Teams. She worked closely with the First Vice President specializing in the suburban office market and medical use properties.

This background has given Kristin a familiarity with every aspect of the leasing process, including the marketing of properties, lease negotiation, and contract preparation through tenant occupancy. She is skilled at market research, lease analysis, property budgeting and CAM reconciliation.
