We had to quickly list and sell my mother’s house when her retirement apartment came available, and Kristin’s response was amazing! She met with us, staged the home, listed it, and sold it within a week. She was extremely patient and in constant communication with us during this process. We received multiple offers and my mom ended up accepting one that was significantly over the asking price. Kristin knew exactly how to price and market the home. She and her team also guided us through the closing process. I highly recommend her!
