Kristin Smith

Kristin D. Smith is an Licensed Principal Broker in the state of Oregon, and in addition to being native to the area, I have lived in Albany since 2006. I am familiar with most Linn & Benton County towns and I'm ready to answer any real estate questions you may have.

In addition to the "normal" tasks of representing Sellers and Buyers of equity transactions, I have represented both sides of bank owned foreclosures (REO properties), short sales and other challenging ones. I can help you understand the process and take the time you need if you're a first time home buyer or seller. I've also represented a number of investors and helped people build their personal real estate investment portfolio.

My experience goes beyond simply buying and selling homes. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, I managed a construction company and handled the office functions from coordination of sub-contractors & ordering permit checks, to accounting.

I am here to be a resource to you and people you know that are looking to buy a home, sell a home, or invest in real estate. This is my full time job & the best part about it is that it's different every day.
