Kristin Tsai

With a degree in Architecture, a general contractor's license, and a license to practice real estate since 2000, Kristin Tsai is uniquely positioned to advise our clients regarding home repair, remodeling, or rebuilding. She is very familiar with local city planning departments and building codes, and she has extensive experience in managing construction projects. Kristin has helped many of our sellers prepare their homes for the market, and advised our buyers about the possibilities of remodeling, expanding, and rebuilding homes.

Kristin graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, with a BS in Architecture. She has been a resident of Palo Alto since 1994 and is an active parent in the Palo Alto Unified School District and Palo Alto Stanford Aquatic Swimming Club (PASA).
