I cannot say enough about how amazing Kristina is! She's been my real estate agent 3 times now (twice for selling and once for buying). And she's the only Portland-area agent I'll ever use again. I've recommended her to all my friends and family (she sold my parents' house a few months ago). She's professional, friendly, responsive (my calls, email, texts were always answered within the hour), supportive (buying and selling can be stressful!) and honestly just fun to work with. She goes above and beyond what's required for staging a house to sell, and it works—she sold both my homes within 2 days of going on the market.

Kristina consulted with us to choose a new color scheme for our Retirement community. She came back to us with a pallate of colors that work togethor beautifully and compliment the community and the building very well. “Wow! Where do I start? Kristina is the very best realtor and designer I have ever worked with!! This is the second home she has sold for me in the past 5 years and she went above and beyond to sell this rental property! I am so extremely grateful for the management, outstanding design ideas and renovation she took on! I am out of state now and once I decided to sell, she jumped right in to contact the property manager, tenants and contractors! I really would not have been able to accomplish what she did in 30 days!! Unfortunately, the property manager and tenants had not taken care of the property, so there was a lot of work that had to be done -- to the tune of approx. $20,000! (painting, carpet, landscaping, etc). -- but with her initiative, perseverance and professionalism; I received 3 offers within 4 days!! I cannot tell you how very grateful I am for the hard work, time and heart she put into getting this property ready and sold!!! Her ideas for color, design and technology were outstanding! Kristina, I absolutely love the paint colors on my house! I was SO hesitant when you recommended something that seemed so radical but I especially like the 4th color on the inset since it brightens it up so much. Thank you for your guidance, your patience, and for encouraging me to be bold. I struggle with decisions and choosing paint colors was overwhelming for me. I appreciate you showing me countless examples of different homes so I could get a better vision for my property. I have to go run an errand in a minute and I can't wait to come home just so I can turn the corner and see it!

Working with Kristina is amazing! She is so easy and fun to communicate with, and is totally focused on getting her clients what they want. I consulted with her to help me come up with an outdoor design and planting scheme for our large property. My husband and I are new, first time homeowners and the property we bought is sparsely landscaped. It has lots of potential but also big gaps and needs to deal with to make it attractive and comfortable for us, adequately private, and sheltered from street noise. My husband and I had discussed many ideas together through the summer but were often left feeling overwhelmed, confused about where to start, and on different pages in terms of priority areas to invest in. Kristina jumped right in with us, quickly sized up our space, gave us the most thoughtful and tailored plan to follow, and helped us bring together our ideas into one cohesive plan that we both felt great about. I really couldn't recommend her more. She is the best!

These days with the market as hot as it is, there are a lot of players in the real estate game. This means there are thousands of agents to choose from and very little knowledge to base that decision on. I can't tell you how happy we are that we chose Kristina. We were new to the market and weren't sure what to expect. Kristina helped us feel comfortable and confident about our decisions while navigating us through this dog-eat-dog market. She was so thorough every step of the way and her organization was amazing. Her patience, willingness to listen to our wants/needs and persistence are what eventually landed us our current house (in a very, very competitive market, nonetheless). Being a first time homebuyer was daunting. I knew what I DIDN'T want and had a vague idea of what I DID want, in the middle was what I could afford. Kristina took the time to learn all of that and help find houses that met my criteria. Kristina is not only patient and knowledgable, she's so easy to work with. No question was too silly or unfounded. If it was crazy, she would often say 'great question, let me get right back to you.' And she did, very quickly!

Kristina also works with other talented folks in the industry providing recommendations for a mortgage broker, home inspector and insurance agent who were as delightful and knowledgable to work with as she was.

Kristina cares about her clients making me feel very reassured. She guided me through a rocky home buying market, going above and beyond. She made the whole experience manageable, easy (e-sign docs are the best!) and most of all - enjoyable. She even delivered my keys to me on a Friday night at a restaurant since I had a previous obligation to be at an event. Kristina is truly the best. This was not our first home sale and Kristina was by far the most thorough agent we have ever used. She staged, set up photos, did the virtual walkthrough and everything else we needed. We ended up with buyers who wanted a quick close and we couldn’t have done it without her. She smoothed out all the bumps along the way which made it so much easier for us. She even surprised me the final move out day with a cleaning service to help me. I would recommend Kristina to anyone selling or buying a home. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and just fun to work with. Oh, and our home sold in two weeks! Thank you Kristina.
