She was always fast to respond to any questions we had on our home selling journey. The people she recommended for home stagers, photos and closing title company, were all wonderful people and did fabulous work! Everything went so smoothly and we had multiple offers within 24 hours. Kristi Ganske was AMAZING to work with!!! Our first experience as first-time sellers couldn't have gone any better! Kristi took the time to get to know exactly what my fiancé and I wanted and didn't want. She was nothing short of absolutely amazing and we feel we are very fortunate to have her team help us with the selling of our home! The entire experience we had with Kristi was nothing short of incredible! Her knowledge about all things real estate from the beginning to the very end, helped guide us through a process that could have been frightening for a first time seller, she made the experience absolutely delightful with no hiccups along the way. Kristi is extremely responsive and on top of answering our many questions, all while comforting and let us move at our own pace. She made, what could have been a stressful experience (especially during COVID) into a fun and pleasurable experience that resulted in us getting more than we asked for.
