Kris was absolutely fantastic! In this crazy environment where people are writing contracts just to keep a house off of the market, Kris stood firm with me. As I got frustrated and tired of the process she kept me on track.

My house “sold” 3 times. Two of the “buyers” were tire kickers and Kris very professionally handled each situation. She was available to me any time I needed her. She held my house open on numerous weekends and followed up with potential buyers. She earned every penny and more.

I highly recommend Kris as she is extremely professional, she is very knowledgeable and is easy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about Kris but I’m sure you will feel the same.
