We have purchased one home and sold two with Kristina. She is hardworking, honest, knowledgeable, and literally goes the extra mile! Being rooted in Spokane, Kristina is part of a wonderful network of professionals in all things home related. Kristina helped us prepare our homes for the market, with update/repair suggestions, then staging and photography. So many questions and things come up during home buying/selling and Kristina was always there, ready to help and fight for us. Buying/selling a home is exciting but stressful. Wondering if your realtor is on your side should not be part of your process. Kristina is trustworthy and will make your home buying/selling experience the best it can be.

Kristina has helped us sell 2 houses and buy 1, when we moved out of state she helped us find a realtor. She is a top notch realtor and an even better person! Every time we needed something or had a question she had the answer and sometimes gave us an answer even before we knew to ask the question. I highly recommend Kristina to anyone buying or selling a house and wants the absolute best person in their corner.

She was able to answer all our questions throughout the process in a clear and concise way. We got into a bidding war with two other families and Kristina did everything to ensure we got the house. She has helped us on several occasions over the past few years, from purchasing our current home, selling our previous home and researching potential real-estate investment opportunities. When we were looking for our forever home in 2019, Kristina Northcutt was our go-to realtor. She was respectful, professional, and truly listened to our wants and needs. She promptly responded to our questions, was ready with information, and, if she did not know the details off the top of her head, she was quick to find the answer. Additionally, her attention to detail was so acute, she noted a discrepancy with a certification filing date in regards to our septic system, and was able to rectify it before closing. This prevented any difficulties we may have had with ensuring our plumbing was up to code. I would highly recommend Kristina to anyone looking to find that perfect home.

Kristina is a truly professional and personable agent. She provided the expertise of someone who thoroughly understands the ins and outs of a highly competitive market as well as sharing insights into the neighborhoods of Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake and north Idaho. Those insights were communicated clearly so I could weigh pros and cons of properties.
This was especially helpful as I was not in this area and searching online (recently retired and moving to be closer to family, I was relying on family to go with Kristina to check homes in person.) Her expertise in matching my home requirements to availability was invaluable. I quickly realized her insight about, and connections within, the community allowed her to help connect buyers and sellers.
I was not in the “high-end” of the market, yet Kristina always made time for my questions, offers, and home visits with my family rep! She made my transition easy and even today, 6 months after closing, I reflect how easy she made the process for me. Not once did I think Kristina wasn’t looking out for my interests.
Moving is difficult, but working with Kristina certainly removed a lot of stress from buying a home.

Kristina Northcutt was our real estate agent for the purchase of a home we bought in liberty Lake in October 2020. We can’t recommend her highly enough. She was incredibly professional, kind, and most of all sincere. We never once felt like she was just trying to sell us a house quickly. She made it very clear that she wanted us to find the right house, and she had excellent advice on neighborhoods and specific streets since she knows the area so well. She helped us land in our dream home, and we are forever grateful. She was always available to go see listings with us, many times on a moment’s notice.
