I found Rhoad & CO. after searching online for a realtor to help sell my property. Kristine was the first realtor that I had communicated with that everything clicked with. She was always punctual, always polite and professional, always one step ahead of the plan. She was able to help me list and sell my property in record time (less than 3 months start to close). Kristine built a plan and every offer that we received was higher than the list price. I ended up selling my property for way more than I had planned. I HIGHLY recommend Kristine to anyone in the Virginia Beach area - she really knew what she was doing every step of the way and she was able to do everything while I was remote in another state. Kristine has been nothing but wonderful. She's very professional, charming, and is an extremely responsible realtor. She's very diligent with her work. Me and my Husband were moving from FL to VA in a matter of a week, we had a list of items that we refused to budge on and Kristine met all of the "wants" and so much more. I thought it would be a struggle but she went to work, we took tours within a day of communicating and found our perfect spot! She was attentive, responsive and understood what we wanted!
