Kristi Smith is extremely dedicated to her clients. They describe her as a hard worker, detail oriented and honest. Her tireless efforts do not go unnoticed, her clients trust that she will go above and beyond for them. She has been a top producing agent for the past 7 years and works tirelessly to be the best of the best in the industry.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Kristi earned her degree in nursing and worked as an ICU nurse for 17 years. After moving to Cedar Park, she and her husband, Lee, became incredibly enthusiastic about investment properties. Together, they love to “flip” houses and even do the labor themselves from beginning to end. Kristi has also a special interest in the custom design side of the building and luxury homes, she has a great sense for true quality and craftsmanship along with having great relationships with several custom builders. While she has been living in Grand Mesa for over 10 years, she has had the opportunity to help clients buy and sell throughout this beautiful community and stays on top of the current market values.

When not selling real estate, Kristi can be found serving on various committees within Leander ISD, subbing as a school nurse all over the Leander district, developing her new wedding venue, or transporting children. In her “spare” time, she loves to sew quilts and shop til she drops! She is a mom to 2 beautiful, dancing daughters.
