We are so grateful and happy we worked with Kristine. She went out of her way to make purchasing a home stress free. We were out of state during the entire process and Kristine gave us honest reviews (when asked), validated concerns, and was always two steps ahead with planning.
Not only that, when I saw the house for the first time, Kristine had a very special, personalized housewarming gift waiting for us.

I recently have had the pleasure of working with Kristine on my house sale, although the nature of my house sale process was more challenging than any typical sale process, she was very knowledgeable and made the whole thing seem smooth and easy! Also some realtors would just do enough to get the job done, but Kristine goes the extra mile to make everything perfect as if she was selling or purchasing her own house! Thank you Kristine!
