Kristopher K. Coe has a fresh approach when it comes to his real estate mission. Licensed since 2006 and a third-generation family member with roots in real estate, Kris believes in establishing close-knit and lifelong relationships with his clients. He is authentic and straightforward in his process, passionate about his craft, and is proud to say that his business is built purely upon word-of-mouth referrals and repeat clients.

After graduating from CU-Boulder with Distinction in 2002, Kris has worked to develop a broad repertoire in the industry. Kris has used his badge as a Denver native to navigate the channels of both residential and commercial real estate — specializing in work with investors, luxury home sales and new construction, first-time home buyers/sellers, and retail/restaurant tenant representation. Kris has been recognized by RE/MAX in the Platinum Club for sales volume and was voted a Five-Star Real Estate Professional by his clients in 5280 Magazine (from 2013 – ‘17).
In 2005, Kris also launched a transaction management platform called, Get Coordinated. Serving as the CEO/Founder of this niche outsourcing business, Kris has overseen the successful closing of over 5000+ real estate transactions and was featured in Broker Associate magazine for his role in increasing agent sales growth. In 2016, Kris joined forces with Bailey Dolian to kickstart a counterpart venture focusing on listing coordination.
Kris and his family moved to Applewood in 2013 after selling their beloved Queen Anne cottage in the Berkeley neighborhood. Kris is married to his Designer wife, Kirsten, and they have 2 children. Goose, their furry Aussie-Bernese, likes to sleep on the couch.
