Kristy Morency

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Kristy is a wealth of knowledge on NH school systems, various neighborhoods, and what different towns have to offer. Being from the area, she has grown to know a lot of people in NH and welcomes referrals. In fact, 90% of her business is from referrals. Fresh out of college the age of 22, Kristy purchased her first property, a multifamily in Manchester, NH. About a year later she was able to sell the apartment building and make a nice profit. After this transaction, she realized she had a passion for real estate and decided to become a Realtor.

After two years of enjoying her career in real estate, she decided to get her broker’s license and start Erwin Real Estate. It has been a rewarding experience for her, and she really enjoys helping people find the perfect home, investment property, land, or commercial investment. She does it all. She strongly believes real estate is a great investment if done wisely and loves helping people to achieve this. She is a real go-getter and likes to think outside of the box.
