Mrs. Sprouse was recommended to us by a family member and I'm so glad she was. Going into this new chapter we were so nervous about the process and after meeting Kristy for the first time I was instantly relieved. This was our first time buying a house and we found exactly what we were looking for. Kristy made sure it was a smooth and easy home buying experience. She was so fast with responding to any and EVERY question. And trust me as a first time home buyer we had a ton of questions. We had a very strict closing date and Kristy made sure all the t's were crossed and I's dotted so we closed on time! She explained the whole process and walked us through each step. We could not have done this without her. And thanks to Kristy were are loving our forever home! She went above and beyond our expectations and I recommend her to EVERYONE I know that's looking to buy!

I am very thankful to Mrs.Kristy Sprouse for her guidance and support during the selling of my house. She facilitated the preparation of my house by decorating and offering advice before placing my house on the market. It sold in 3 days! She was my neighbor, I have known her for years and she has always been kind and caring. She and her team were very professional and made what could have been stressful an easier process. I am grateful I chose this team! At the end of my move I needed a hotel and she arranged my stay. I would recommend Kristy to friends and family.

Honestly the best realtor anyone could ask for!

First and foremost the sweetest person one could ever ask for. This Realtor goes above and beyond! From taking off the load of cleaning, listing, repairs, etc. On top of that our home had multiple showings, over asking, and sold in 48 hours! You will absolutely love her!
