Kristy was exceptional throughout our home buying process. Being 1st time home buyers we did not know what to expect. She was great at explaining the process and answering any questions. Kristy communicates very well and goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is a great one. She is very knowledgeable about the Clermont area because she worked and lived there for over 30 years. I did not realize how important that experience was until we started seeing houses and she could list important pros and cons about a specific location that I have not heard from anyone else. She is very aware of the schools and how they operate individually, for this could have a major impact on whether you have to move in the next five years. She is very passionate and committed to making sure you find the right house for your family, whether that would be new home construction or an established home. Would recommend her to all my family and anyone who is terrified about the whole home buying process. Kristy works with a great team including her financial guy Erick.
