Kristyn Hollen

Kristyn Hollen, a native of Houston, spent a portion of her childhood in California before returning to Sugar Land, where she attended Clements High School. Graduating in 2004, Kristyn’s entrepreneurial journey began early, as she became a business owner at the age of 26. 

Over the past 12 years, she has successfully operated three businesses, proving she has what it takes to successfully communicate with her clients while tailoring her approach to problem-solving for each of their unique needs. Her experience in the residential construction industry, gained from owning a Servpro franchise for a decade, adds a layer of expertise to her real estate pursuits. 
Growing up in a family deeply rooted in real estate, with her grandfather as a residential developer and uncles in commercial development, Kristyn developed a keen interest in the industry, and a love for design and architecture while having a meticulous attention to detail. 

Outside of work, Kristyn finds joy in her role as a wife and mother, having been with her high school sweetheart for 22 years. Her family values, instilled by her father, play a significant role in both her personal and professional life. Beyond real estate, Kristyn enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and indulging in her favorite hobby – arts and crafts in her dedicated craft room at home.
