We just closed on our first home with Krystal and had an awesome experience working with her throughout the whole process! Krystal provided great advice and support during a long and protracted negotiation and attorney review period. Krystal is a great communicator and builds trust by ensuring her clients feel like they come first. One thing we really appreciated was how Krystal would be transparent if she wasn't 100% sure on the answer to one of our questions, but always promised and delivered on getting an accurate answer ASAP.
