Kumiko Tanaka-rosier was the perfect agent for our family. She listened to what we wanted and showed us many options. She also gave us other helpful suggestions and things to look for as she anticipated our family's needs. She was always positive, helpful, and prompt. She quickly returned all phone calls and emails. When we had a few issues with our bank, she went to bat for us and helped us figure out all of the paperwork. I recommend Kumiko to anyone who is looking for an honest agent who becomes not only an agent but a friend.

My wife and I offer our highest endorsement for Kumiko Tanaka-Rosier. We chose Kumiko after interviewing several other agents. We spent more than an hour interviewing Kumiko and after each question we asked her, she would provide a thorough and accurate answer that put us at ease. We were first-time homebuyers and Kumiko was very patient with us. She gladly took the time necessary to explain what to expect and she was always timely with her responses. Kumiko has always impressed with her attention to detail. When the seller filed an incorrect form or there was information missing, she was always alert and solved that problem so that it would not hinder our purchasing experience.
