Kurt did an amazing job with selling our house quickly and multiple offers. He provided us with a detailed list to get the house prepared to sell so that we could make it look spectacular. He is fun to work with and listened to our request when looking for a place to move to and found some great places very quickly. We appreciate his honesty and how hard he worked to get our house in contract so quickly!

In all honesty me and my wife where just browsing around house hunting, wasn't even sure if we wanted to sale our house. Well we met Kurt Ryba and right off the bat we loved his company, he was very friendly and was very professional and was down right honest about everything from the get-go which built a lot of trust with me and my wife. So I made him promise one thing, that one thing was to make sure our transition to a new home would go smoothly and stress free as possible, Kurt promptly agreed and informed us we should have nothing to worry about.

And so it began!

I am proud to say Kurt has made that happen, He helped us with the sale of our home for more than the listing price and find us a new home all at the same time. Kurt honestly made it so easy with the constant connections we had, Either it was through messaging or calls he was there day or night to supply all the information needed. Kurt was so dedicated to helping us he was willing to meet us anywhere at any time if we needed. I honestly can't think of one negative thing about the whole process, Kurt made it enjoyable and fun, he honestly felt like family he was around so much i absolutely loved it!

Would i recommend Kurt 100%, Kurt Ryba is the most honest trusting person I have met in my life and I am please to have met him.

Kurt is the best agent a person looking for a home to have I met him over a year ago. I was looking for a home for my mother, grandson & myself. Kurt hung in there with us even though I had some obstacle to overcome before I could buy a house he looked for programs and any kind of assistance he thought would help us. We looked at so many houses and we got out bided so many I would get discouraged he would say don't give your house is out there and we are going to find it. During this time my mother passed on March 2, 2019 Kurt gave me the time I needed to grieve and when I called him back and told him I was ready he got right back in there with me and my grandson. He would show house anytime of the day or evening and if he was not available he would make sure someone else was there to assist me and he would call to check and make sure the showing went ok. We finally found my house and I close on Oct. 10. 2019 I miss my mom but I know she is so happy for me Kurt reminded me on closing day by saying your mom is here with you and she is so happy for you as we made a welcome home toast. I have 5 brothers and they love Kurt like he is one of the brothers. I promise you if Kurt is your agent you won’t be disappointed. He will stick with you until you get your keys.

Kurt was and is amazing to work with. I had a rough time this past spring with a different realtor and was nervous to enter the home buying experience again. From the first time I met Kurt I knew it was going to be nothing like before. He was great. He explained everything in detail that I would need to know about buying a home since this was my first time and I couldn't believe how simple the process was. From that day forward we started looking at houses and he took me to as many as I wanted to see when it was convenient for me. By the end of the week, I had bid on a house! He worked his skills and got me the price that I wanted. Afterward, he helped guide me through everything. I couldn't of asked for a better realtor and friend. I know I could always call him for any questions and he would follow up instantly. He was such a big help. Thank you Kurt for everything!!

To say that this experience has been wonderful is a gross understatement. Kurt has been incredible helpful, knowledgeable and truly has your best interest in mind. You feel zero pressure and he explains every step before you get into it. I bought in an area I know little to zero about but Kurt lives in the area and his knowledge allowed me to put complete faith in his recommendations. I’m also a first time buyer and he has not only made this process extremely smooth but has really showed compassion and empathy throughout the “scares” of Home buying. He also, did a tremendous job with the negotiations to get me what I wanted/needed which included an $8000 repair. He is not only an incredible Realtor but I promise you if you weren’t friends with him before, you will after doing business with him. Few things are more stressful than buying and selling a home at the same time. I had worked with Kurt a few years ago in selling my home and it was a no-brainer to utilize his expertise again. Kurt took a lot of time meeting with my husband and I about our expectations, discussing the comps in both areas (sale & purchase), was always happy to answer questions (no matter how silly they seemed) and connected us with a fantastic lender. Not only did he make the process easy, he also helped us close on both properties within ten days of each other, saving us a lot of money and most importantly a lot of stress.
Kurt paid great attention to our reactions while viewing houses and discussed our likes and dislikes while exiting every single one. In doing so, he got a true handle on what kind of house would be best for our family, which helped him guide us to our beautiful new home. You have to trust and spend a great amount of time with your realtor, so the decision should not be taken lightly. Bottom line, Kurt truly cares about his clients and that was evident and felt by my husband and I from start to finish.
