Kurt Suidinski

Kurt’s 27-year background in West Michigan real estate makes him an experienced veteran in the industry. His success and longevity stems from knowing all phases of new construction and development. Over the years, he has gained knowledge and brokered deals including land acquisition, land development, engineering, and construction. His specialty is the sale and marketing of such projects. But Kurt’s real love is being able to take a plan and help clients turn that into their dream home.

Kurt’s communities are based in the southwest of Grand Rapids. He resides in the area he serves with his wife Sara, their two children, dog Coco and cat Harley. Kurt supports the community in which he lives and most specifically Hudsonville athletics. His proudest contribution is to serve on the board of Grace Adventures, volunteer with Eastern Ottawa Young Life, and participate in and serve on The Road Ministry and Warriors Set Free.
