I am the first in my nuclear family to purchase a home, so everything was definitely new and a little scary to me. But when I say, Kwame literally made everything easy as possible I mean it. He was so dedicated to me and my process that I barely lifted a finger. He picked me up and took me home for every viewing, scheduled the inspections, and paid for a plumber out of his own pocket. He honestly made me feel like a daughter being guided by her dad. Even when I got frustrated and got a lil snappy he never took it personally and even validated those feelings while still pushing through for me and all my requests. Kwame will forever be my realtor!

He was very explicit and forthcoming with the complex information involving in the buying process of my new home especially as I was a first time buyer.

Kwame was such a pleasure to deal with during the purchase of our first, new home! He was responsive to each and every one of our questions we had during the process, which made us comfortable.

Kwame has been our realtor from the purchase to the sale of our house in Maryland. I remember when we were buying the house how patient and professional he was. He even went beyond his normal area to find me the house I desired, and my family and I were forever grateful. He also got our house rented for us on two occasions which was great help. When it came time to sell the house he again was a knight in shining armor. We got an offer before the house was listed to the public. Kwame was fabulous. When we discovered issues preventing us from selling our townhouse, he quickly found us a quality renter. A year later when those issues were resolved, he found us a buyer even before our listing was officially posted. And we were able to close in only a few weeks, for about $20k more than we would have gotten a year earlier. Kwame exhibited total professionalism, knew the market inside and out, and positioned our home in its best light. Too bad Kwame doesn’t cover the area where we live now. We would definitely love to use him again for any new home search.
