We would like to give Kyla Hammond our best recommendation as a realtor. She is so educated, so kind; she is REAL, tells it how it is but with tact. She worked with us in selling our home in Liberty Hill through most of 2022 as we waited for our new build to be completed. While the market changed, she listened to us and understood that we did not want to move twice, etc. When the time finally came to put our house on the market, she was very aggressive in helping us get it sold in a timely manner! She offered (solicited) advice in staging. Kyla was very communicative with us throughout the whole process. Do yourself a favor and hire Kyla to help you with your real estate needs. I was so fortunate to have found Kyla when I moved to Denver. As my Realtor, she helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as I was only dedicated to purchasing a home in a very specific neighborhood/location.

Kyla was great through the entire process. She helped me narrow down houses that met my requirements and showed me a range of properties that fit my needs. Once we'd found the house she had a great strategy for dealing with potential competing offers.
